The Boot Stomp'N square dance and line dancing party is now just two days away. On Wednesday, June 5 - aside from being a fun activity - this is another qualifier for "club of the year" as a "district level or multi-club event" Its also a fundraiser hosted by Hurricane Valley Rotary, in partnership with Hurricane City, for the creation of the Hurricane Valley Veteran's Memorial Park.

You can support this event by committing to attend with your favorite dance partner ... and to bringing a prospective member (or two). Your donation can be as little as $5 for those ages 5-17 (kids under 5 are FREE) or $10 each for those 18+

The location is the Harmony Building at Legacy Park, 5500 W. 700 South in Hurricane.  Come one, come all ... 7 - 9:30 p.m.

On June 1, SGCM announced their newest exhibit ... a space science room coming soon

Thanks to those Rotarians who showed up to play with 600+ kids on Saturday, June 1 ... the SGCM's 10th anniversary

It was exactly as expected ... a day of noisy, chaotic fun at the "happiest place in St. George"

To draw attention to RI and partners' worldwide effort to “finally and forever” eradicate the terrible, crippling and sometimes fatal wild polio virus, SGR's two-time President Dale along with our incoming President Dave have decided to make it a 14,000 foot “Polio Plunge” fundraiser on Saturday, June 22 at 9 a.m.

Donations to Polio Plus can be made in person at the Hurricane airport or Venmo to @StGeorgeUTRotary. The goal is $1000!

Sad news ... another case of wild polio with paralysis has been confirmed in Pakistan bringing the worldwide total in 2024 to 6 ... 3 in Afghanistan and 3 in Pakistan.

Please help us win this fight. Sign up for the Polio Plus Society at a cost of just $8.50 a month!!!
